I just wanted to say thank you so much for the new time schedule set up for my mum. She gets on so well with her new carer, and it’s made a world of difference having a more structured routine for her and a main regular carer. We really appreciate you being able to arrange that and recognise that scheduling must be a very difficult task. Mum is a lot calmer as a result and makes my life a lot less overwhelming. I now feel much more confident that I will be able to manage my role to care for both my parents.
