Marty Kelly
Marty has been the leader of Bluebird Care Donegal and Leitrim since 2010, building the company into the well known and respected homecare provider it is today. Before starting the company, his professional background was in Nursing & Occupational Health, and he has been involved in the delivery of high-quality care for 30 years. Marty says: ‘’Bluebird Care is dedicated to providing comprehensive quality care and support to those in our community.’

Annette Duddy
Annette has been the Clinical Nurse Manager here at bluebird Care Donegal & Leitrim since 2010. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery of care to all our clients, as well as being the leader of the office team

Bryan McGettigan
Bryan started with Bluebird Care in 2014 as Payroll Manager, and later took on extra responsibilities to include Recruitment, as well as being the companies in house Manual Handling Instructor.

Jennifer Gallagher
Jennifer joined the team in 2013 as an administrator, and advanced to becoming the Care Co-Ordinator that same year. She has a BA in Administrative Management, and says the favourite part of her job is knowing we are making a difference for families who need help keeping their loved ones at home, it is an extremely rewarding role, and she enjoys the daily challenges as no two days are the same!

Moya Callaghan
Moya started with Bluebird Care in 2010 as a Healthcare Assistant, and in 2012 became the Care Supervisor for Bluebird Care Donegal & Leitrim.

Kate Meehan
Kate is the CNM1 for Bluebird Care Donegal & Leitrim. She started in 2018 working as a nurse providing care in the community to children with complex needs, before advancing to join the office team as CNM1 in 2024
