Paul Caskey
Managing Director/Data Protection Administrator/Person in Charge
I bring 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 5 years as the Managing Director at Bluebird Care. Before that, I spent 20 years working in Marketing and Business Consultancy.
I take great pride in the difference our team makes in the community, particularly in supporting the elderly to remain in the comfort of their homes and maintain their independence in the Dublin South West area. This success is thanks to the dedication of our exceptional carers and the invaluable contributions of our office staff.

Omar Sanchez
On Call Officer
My “why” comes from more than ten years of experience in the healthcare sector in Mexico and the past year and a half working as a Healthcare Assistant, years that taught me the quiet strength of empathy, the importance of patience, and the power of simply being present for others. Today, as an On-Call Officer with Bluebird Care SW, that purpose remains at the center of my work. Every call is a moment to support, to problem-solve, and to accompany both carers and clients with professionalism and genuine care. I am here because I believe deeply in service, in teamwork, and in creating an environment where people feel supported and safe. My goal is to make a meaningful difference, one conversation, one decision, one person at a time.
