Brian Egan - Managing Director
Brian established the franchise in 2010 and lives locally in Kilkenny. Brian is passionate about Bluebird Care delivering the highest quality of services for our clients and ensuring our staff receive strong support so they can perform their duties in the best possible way. From Day one when Brian set up the business he strived to do everything the right way. As Brian says himself, its an ongoing learning process but its hugely important that we in Bluebird Care set out to provide a high quality service and try to make a real positive difference for our clients. Brian is married with two children and outside of Bluebird Care he likes to spend his time with his family. Brian also enjoys watching all sports as well as playing Golf and trying to still play football!

Eric Delaney - Managing Director
Eric Delaney is a seasoned Director/Owner at Bluebird Care with over a decade of leadership experience operating in the Homecare Sector. He along with fellow Director/Owner Brian Egan oversees multi‑county operations at Bluebird Care Tipperary & East Cork and Bluebird Care Carlow, Kilkenny & Waterford, driving infrastructural support, business growth, compliance and high‑quality service delivery. Eric is a native of Co. Carlow and continues to live locally with his wife and children. Eric is a Chartered Accountant and compliance is a key area of focus for him. Eric is passionate about Bluebird Care’s delivery of high care standards to allow clients of all ages and care needs to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

Gillian Kinahan - Director of Care
Gillian Kinahan is a Registered Nurse and our Director of Care. She is a Registered Nurse who oversees all our clinical governance. She is from Kilkenny. Outside of work I enjoy walking, horse riding, following GAA and family time.

Jonathan Young - Operations Director
Jonathan is our Operations Director In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also play Rugby and would be a keen follower of all sports.

Stephanie Stuart - Communications Lead
Stephanie is our Communications Lead, overseeing all internal and external communications. She ensures clear, consistent, and effective messaging across the organisation, supporting both the team and the wider community with professionalism and precision.

Brendan O'Loughlin - Quality and Compliance Officer
Our Quality & Compliance Officer Brendan keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He makes sure we’re meeting the right standards, following best practices, and continuously improving how we work. With his sharp eye for detail and a practical approach, Brendan ensures we keep our work safe, consistent, and up to scratch.

Martina Quinn - Recruitment Lead
Martina is our Recruitment Lead, overseeing the hiring process to attract and bring in talented team members. She ensures a smooth and efficient recruitment experience, supporting both candidates and the wider team to build a strong, capable workforce.

Margaret Kennedy - Training and Onboarding Lead
Margaret leads our onboarding team, ensuring new staff have a seamless and supportive introduction to the organisation. She combines experience and attention to detail to guide the process, helping team members feel confident throughout their Bluebird Care journey.

Evita Lawlor - Co Ordinator, Training & On-Boarding
Evita plays a key role in our Training & Onboarding team, ensuring new members of the Bluebird Care team have a smooth and well-supported introduction to the organisation. She coordinates training programmes and administrative processes with professionalism and attention to detail, helping team members feel confident, prepared, and ready to deliver high-quality care from day one.

Linda Betts - Finance Associate
Linda supports our East Cork and Tipperary teams by keeping the finance side of things running smoothly. From handling invoices to helping with day-to-day finance queries, she brings a calm, organised approach and great attention to detail. Linda plays an important role in supporting our services and wider home care team.

Claire Maher - Care Coordinator
Claire supports the community team by coordinating care and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff. She is committed to delivering organised, person-centred support that helps the team provide high-quality care in the community.

Anthony Smith - Nurse Supervisor
Anthony supports our nurse-led team with a focus on high-quality, compassionate care. As Nurse Supervisor, he ensures everything runs smoothly on the floor and ensures our home care team is trained to the highest standard. With experience, dedication, and a practical approach, Anthony helps create a positive environment for both patients and the team.
