Paula McInerney
Paula is the director of Bluebird Care Limerick.
Laura Gill
Laura has worked wih Bluebird Care Limerick for 6 months. Her role as a Social Care/Disability Supervisor includes the assessment of new customers, reviewing of care plans and quarterly client reviews, interviewing of new staff members, and ensuring all customer needs are met to provide a satisfactory service. Laura has a Level 8 degree in Social Care from the Waterford Institute of Technology and has worked in the disability sector since 2018.
Jason Kenny
Jason has worked with Bluebird Care Limerick for 2 years. He works as a Rehabilitation Instructor and is also in charge of disability-specific cases, staff training, education and development, online learning platforms, and media/marketing. Jason has worked in the disability sector for the last 20 years with REHAB NLN and Irish Wheelchair Association. He also worked with KD Corporate Wellness for 4 years in Corporate Training and Management Productivity. Jason has B.A. (Hons) in Training and Education from the National University of Ireland, diplomas in International Marketing & Sales Management, Business Studies, and Sports Psychology & Sports Nutrition. He's also IOSH Working Safely certified.
Robson Muller - Care Coordinator
Robson has been with the company for 3 years, starting as a Healthcare Assistant before moving into the rostering department. He now works as part of the coordination team, supporting daily scheduling operations. Before joining Bluebird Care, he spent seven years working in the Brazilian police force. He also holds a professional management qualification.
