Ollie Daly, MSc - Managing Director
Ollie established Bluebird Care Longford, Roscommon & Westmeath in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience from both healthcare and commercial sectors. With a strong focus on leadership, strategy, and service development, he plays a central role in driving the organisation’s commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. As Managing Director, Ollie oversees the overall direction and performance of the business, ensuring that care delivery remains safe, compliant, and aligned with the highest standards. His work supports both operational excellence and long-term sustainability across all areas of the service. Ollie is passionate about creating a culture where people—both clients and staff—feel valued and supported. He works collaboratively with his team to foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring the service evolves to meet changing needs. He holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and brings senior leadership experience from roles in disability services, older person care, and the pharmacy sector.

Jolanta Daly - Director of People
With a deep commitment to excellence in care and a passion for empowering teams, Jolanta Daly serves as Director of People at Bluebird Care Longford, Roscommon and Westmeath. She brings a wealth of experience in human resources, leadership development, and workforce planning within the healthcare sector. Jolanta plays a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where staff are supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. Her approach is grounded in people-first principles, ensuring that both clients and care professionals receive the highest standard of support. Jolanta is particularly focused on recruitment, retention, and ongoing training, helping to build strong, compassionate teams that are ready to meet the evolving needs of the community. Joanne Martin - Clinical Lead
Joanne Martin joined the Bluebird Care Longford, Roscommon and Westmeath team in January 2025 as Clinical Lead. A registered nurse, Joanne provides essential clinical support to care staff and carries out interventions as needed. She is responsible for developing and updating all client care plans, including initial assessments for new clients and six-monthly reviews for those already receiving care. Joanne also supports nursing staff working with complex care cases in the community, ensuring that all mandatory and specialised training is completed. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she plays an active role in the recruitment of new team members, including both healthcare assistants and nurses. With a strong interest in education and professional development, Joanne is committed to initiating in-house training to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

Ronel Figueiredo - Care Coordinator
Ronel is the Care Coordinator at Bluebird Care, where she plays a central role in ensuring that clients receive their care calls on time and with consistency. She is responsible for managing daily rosters, balancing the needs of clients with the availability of carers, and responding quickly to any changes to keep everything running smoothly. As the key point of contact between clients, the HSE, and the office team, Ronel ensures strong communication and coordination across all areas of service delivery. She is dedicated to making sure that clients feel supported and valued, while also looking after the wellbeing and scheduling needs of the care team. With a calm, organised, and compassionate approach, Ronel helps create a reliable and responsive care environment where both clients and carers feel heard, respected, and cared for every day.

Charisse Law - Quality Manager
Cher joined Bluebird Care as Quality Manager in September 2023. Since then, she has played a key role in overseeing operations across the company through regular internal audits, ensuring that the organisation not only meets required standards and stays compliant but also delivers the highest quality care experience for clients. With a strong passion for continuous improvement, Cher takes a proactive and hands-on approach to identifying areas where systems, processes, and overall service delivery can be enhanced. She collaborates closely with teams across all departments to foster a culture of quality, safety, and accountability, always with a focus on improving client outcomes and maintaining exceptional care standards. Cher is dedicated to creating an environment where care remains the top priority, empowering teams to work together and ensuring both clients and staff benefit from the highest levels of professionalism and support.

Carolina Ruy - Recruitment and Office Administrator
Carolina joined Bluebird Care Longford, Roscommon & Westmeath to support recruitment and office operations. Originally from Brazil, she’s a qualified psychologist with a post-graduate degree in Organisational Psychology, as well as a QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person. She manages the recruitment process from start to finish—posting job ads, contacting candidates, and handling all documentation after offers are made. With a strong understanding of both people and care, Carolina helps ensure we bring the right team members on board to deliver safe, professional, and person-centred care. Known for her friendly approach and attention to detail, Carolina is committed to helping our service grow with the right people in the right roles.

Laura Darguze - Team Leader
As Team Leader, Laura Darguze plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of care services. She is responsible for carrying out regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that all services meet the highest standards of care and compliance. Laura provides ongoing support and constructive feedback to care staff, helping to guide their professional development while also promoting their well-being and job satisfaction. She ensures that clients’ care plans are accurately followed, person-centred, and consistently delivered with compassion and professionalism. With a strong focus on both staff support and client outcomes, Laura is a vital part of the Bluebird Care team.

Valeria Campos
Valeria Campos began her journey with Bluebird Care Longford, Roscommon and Westmeath in April 2025. Originally from Brazil, Valeria brings warmth, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to her role as a Healthcare Assistant. Kochurani Baby

Originally from India, she brings kindness, dedication, and a strong work ethic to her role as a Healthcare Assistant. Teresa Healy
Teresa Healy, originally from Ireland, is one of the longest-serving members of the Bluebird Care Longford, Roscommon and Westmeath team. She has been with the company since February 2016, bringing nearly a decade of experience and dedication to her role. Teresa’s deep commitment to providing person-centred care, along with her strong sense of compassion and reliability, has made her a highly valued team member. She is known for her professionalism, empathy, and the genuine connections she builds with clients and their families. As a long-standing part of our care community, Teresa continues to set an outstanding example of commitment and quality in home care.

José Martínez
José Martínez joined Bluebird Care Longford, Roscommon and Westmeath in February 2025.
