I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff of Bluebird Care that my mum Mary received from you over the last year. I know that you are aware that I have very high standards of nursing care but I could not fault the care that came into our house. Mum so looked forward to the carers coming in and got to know them very well. They integrated so well and easily into our family and home that it was a pleasure to see them coming.

Their professionalism was second to none, their care and kindness not only to mum but to Tom and I as well was beyond the call of duty and were greatly appreciated. They were exceptionally sensitive in the last week before mum was admitted to the nursing home and their surprise visit to us on the day of her departure meant so much to us.

I wont ever forget the level of service we received and will always recommend your company as No 1.

I wanted to thank Bluebird Care for the excellent service you and all your carers provided to Mam.  Selena was the carer I met most frequently and I cannot praise her enough.  She was just fantastic with Mam, who in turn really took to her, saying to me that Selena “was a great girl and welcome in her house any time”.   Please pass on my sincerest thanks and best wishes for the future to Selena.

A short note to say a heartfelt thanks to you and all the Bluebird agency carers for your care and attention to Dad. Your professional approach, patience, tenacity and care enabled us to maintain him in his home for the final chapter for which I will be forever thankful. Thanks also for the condolences and presence during Dad's services.

Can I take this opportunity to thank Bluebird, particularly Jackie, Nicola and Paula who have proven absolutely wonderful with Joe. Each assisted Joe retain upmost dignity and remain in his own home as his condition declined whilst always providing a compassionate, understanding and kind hearted service. It was almost as if each carer was looking after their own father …. we could not have asked more from them. Also it gave me great peace of mind knowing than on the occasions when I could not be there in person for Joe, I knew he was in safe hands. Thank you for all you wonderful help over the last few years
