Laura has worked wih Bluebird Care Limerick for 6 months. Her role as a Social Care/Disability Supervisor includes the assessment of new customers, reviewing of care plans and quarterly client reviews, interviewing of new staff members, and ensuring all customer needs are met to provide a satisfactory service.
Laura has a Level 8 degree in Social Care from the Waterford Institute of Technology and has worked in the disability sector since 2018.
Since joining Bluebird Care in January 2022 I have developed my management and team work skills. I have also had the opportunity to meet and help many families with providing and putting a plan in place in their home. My role also gives me an excellent opportunity to bring my theory to practice from my degree. I am delighted to be the Social Care/Disability Supervisor at Bluebird Care Limerick.

Louise has been with Bluebird Care Limerick for 9 years, and is in charge of payroll, invoicing, and collating HSE reports. Before Bluebird Care, Louise worked for a multinational company as a supply analyst for 17 years.
Her qualifications include ECDL, business administration, and business computing.

Jason Kenny
Training/Disabilities/Media
Jason has worked with Bluebird Care Limerick for 2 years. He works as a Rehabilitation Instructor and is also in charge of disability-specific cases, staff training, education and development, online learning platforms, and media/marketing.
Jason has worked in the disability sector for the last 20 years with REHAB NLN and Irish Wheelchair Association. He also worked with KD Corporate Wellness for 4 years in Corporate Training and Management Productivity.
Jason has B.A. (Hons) in Training and Education from the National University of Ireland, diplomas in International Marketing & Sales Management, Business Studies, and Sports Psychology & Sports Nutrition. He's also IOSH Working Safely certified.

Jean McInerney
Community Registered General Nurse
Jean has worked for Bluebird Care Limerick for 6 years as a registered nurse. Her role includes completing assessments, creating care plans for new and current clients and reviewing care plans to keep them up to date. She also works with public health and dressing clinic, and does house calls and interviews.
Before joining Bluebird Care Jean worked at the High Dependency ward at the University Hospital of Limerick, and has a Bachelors in Nursing.

Marta Bartkowska
Care Team Supervisor
Marta has been with Bluebird Care Limerick for 2 years. In her role as a Care Team Supervisor, she oversees heathcare assistants, carries out supervision, check-ins, shadowing, and reviews. She also maintains the staff files and offers continuous support to healthcare assistants in their roles.
Before joining Bluebird Care Limerick, Marta worked in Frankfurt, Germany as a healthcare assistant, and in Poland as an administrator with the Polish police.
Marta holds Bachelors in Financial and International Trade, completed her QQI Major Award in Healthcare Support, and is currently working towards her QQI Level 6 in Healthcare Supervisory Management.
