Meet the team

Donna is a registered Nurse in Intellectual Disability, graduating in 2012. Donna worked in care of the older person facilities and completed a HDip in Nursing (Gerontology) in 2015 before joining the team in Bluebird Care in 2017. Donna is the Clinical Nurse Manager and is responsible the clinical care delivery within the setting. She works closely with other members of the team in enabling people to remain in their homes for as long as possible. Donna enjoys working in the community developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with clients and staff. Person centred care is at the forefront of Donna’s work ethos.

Marcella O'Reilly joined Bluebird North Cork in October 2022 as a Clinical Nurse Manager.

Sarah oversees strategic and day to day operations of our services. She joined Bluebird Care in January 2018, assisting with recruitment for both Cork City and North Cork. Sarah worked in various industries including recruitment since 2012.

In 2021, Bluebird Care North Cork opened a new office in Mallow under her leadership. She is committed to delivering highest possible standards of care for our service users  whilst  providing fulfilling  and enjoyable experience for all our staff.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce with German from University College Cork and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Dublin City University.

During her spare time, Sarah plays tennis.
